• Students on a "student visa" must book and attent a minimum one each term, to meet the requirement of their VISA
• To book a place on a course pay Rs. 45,000 / GBP 563. ( 1 ) non refundable registration Rs. 15,000 / GBP 188. ( 2 ) And Rs. 30,000 / GBP 375 ( Adjustable in the first installment of fee ).
• If a stunde VISA applicaiton has been refused, then the fees paid will be refunded less an admission change of £150 ( Plus any courier and transfer charges ) on productin of the following documents:
  |. Copy of visa refusal letter
  ||. Copy of the students's passport showing both a photograph and signature, and
  |||. Where payee was not the student, and orignal authority letter from the student authorising the repayment to the payee, refunds under this section must be made in writing 4 weeks before the commencement of the course ( published date ).
• A charge of Rs. 2000/ $pound;25 will be paid by the students for all dishonoured payments.
• The LSBCA reserve the right to dismiss any students at any time for non-payment of fees. No fees will be refunde for any student dismissed unde this section.
• The LSBCA reserve the right to inform the appropriate authority including the indian HOme Office where a stundetn dismissed under this section.
• Fees are published seperately for each term and are payable by all students studing at the time unless they have paid full fees prior to the publication of the new fees. paying deposit ddoes not prevent any increase being applied.
• All fees excludes amount payable to the professional body oor student registation, exemptions and examinations entries.
• The course offered by LSBCA ( ACCA/CIMA/CFA/kCPA etc ) are not UGC/AICTE courses. These are recognised by different bodies from UK & USA. The student should be aware of this fact before joining ther courses.

Terms & Condiotions of pass guarantee are as follows:

• The course programm must be followed by the student which includes:
  |.  90% compulsory attendance &
  ||. Completion of all the Assignments & pass the mock tests given during the course periond
• The course fee must be paid in full before appearing in the final examination ( not applicable for those who have opted for education loan from EFI)
• The student has to appear in the immediate next exam sitting. In the event of failure pass guarantee will lapse. The assurance is not transferable.
